A towering skyscraper, the crowning jewel of Renian technology combined with their Magika. Unless you have a permit from a Renian, or are one yourself, you cannot enter and will be immediately detained. Inside the building are hundreds of Renians monitoring the Neutral and Renian faction.

It is the center of trade and health, and is usually chock full of people. Many families travel to Chardonnay just to buy the exquisite and rare items you can find in Central Plaza

Located underground, the HQ is literally a Magika reinforced steel fortress. With dragonkin constantly patrolling the area, there is virtually no way in through stealth means. And when locked inside, the Rebels have enough supplies to last for years. The only entrance is through an underwater cave, guarded by the Nagas.
