Description: He's a bit of a prankster, and always has a good excuse at hand (or at least a funny one).
Short bio: Oisian Kerr was born in Edinburgh, Scotland to a family of actors and doctors. After his father's death (the famous actor Laise Kerr), his mother moved to Chardonnay with Oisian. THey settled on the Renian side, but Oisian (already ten) didn't like the bird-folk (for reasons unknown). So, when he was eighteen, he ran away and tried to join the rebels, who were reluctant to trust him, but when they discovered his ability they ushered him to their ranks. He likes to play pranks on his fellow member, which has earned him the nickname of 'Court Jester'.

Any special abilities: He's a living, breathing polygraph (a lie detector), without the mere 61% reliability. He's 100% accurate.
Any quirks or secrets?:
He owns a bunny plushie, which he calls Koliandi
He likes having things in even numbers
He has the lyrics to every Keane song memorized
His pranks are made with the intention of cheering up the victim, but usually just makes them fuckin' pissed. But, in his words "Hey, at least you're not all 'woe is me'." Which is usually followed by a shout of 'you bastard!' or 'I'll kill you!' and him running away.
