Personality: His attitude was heavily influenced by his employer; he's sadistically gleeful, and one of his top priorities is finding something that amuses him. He ignores insults, but certainly does not avoid conflict; the thought of bloodshed turns him on.
History/Biography: Jesse was raised by his aunt, a Renian, after his parents were killed during a riot. She worked long hours to support them, so he was mostly left by himself; it was then his fascination for blood developed. His first "project" was a bird; then a puppy; eventually, he tested his own aunt.
No one ever figured anything out, until a month later, when the aunt died suddenly, and they realized he had somehow created a compound that slowly expelled blood from the body.
At 16, he was put to work as an assistant under Jax Caine, and has been happily working with the bodies his boss decided weren't dead enough for him.
Abilities/Powers: Steel magika, but he usually forms them into blades and plays with them like darts. He has pinpoint accuracy, and an enormous, disconcerting knowledge of all the different types of blood in the world.
